Human Resources Specialist (Holbrook, NY)
Assist management with sourcing, screening, and recruiting internal and external
candidates. Handle employee benefit packages, ensuring employees are informed about
their options. Implement and administer human resources policies, ensuring they are
up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Keep records of
human resources documents, including organizational charts, detailed job descriptions,
salary records, and employee handbooks.
Rate of pay: $60000
24 months experience in the job. M-F, 40 hrs./wk
